The retail offer in the historic town of Royal Leamington Spa is to be complimented and enhanced by a new retail offer.
The proposals for a covered shopping arcade provide for an anchor store and c.100,000 sq ft of retail units, together with a new car park and 9 town houses.
Royal Leamington Spa's retail circuit will be extended with strong pedestrian links created to the Royal Priors Shopping Centre and Parade, the town's prime shopping street.
A planning application was submitted in March 2010 with a start on site targeted in 2013 and a 2015 scheme opening.
