This 22 acre site is the former home of Demaglass and sits alongside the Chesterfield ring road. The site was identified within the Chesterfield Borough Council Local Plan and the A61 Planning Brief for a range of uses including a new stadium for Chesterfield Football Club.
A development partnership to regenerate the site was formed between Wilson Bowden Developments, Chesterfield Football Club and Tesco.
Tesco, KFC and In & Out are now trading on the site.
1.54 acres of land remains to be developed for office, retail or leisure operations.
