Our aim is to provide development solutions that are lasting and sustainable and in doing so we take on board a responsibility to protect and care for the environment.

We closely consider environmental issues in our planning process and throughout our development processes.

We adopt a clear and focussed approach to sustainable development through remediation of brownfield sites, sympathetic design, careful selection of materials, imaginative landscaping and robust management solutions.

We also take care to preserve or improve the existing development environment through the creation of public realm and public open spaces.

We aim to create employment and training opportunities in areas in which we are developing and we will invest in local labour.
