Wilson Bowden Developments has secured the sale of 18 acres of residential land to Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes on their latest scheme in Leicestershire. The 250 house scheme is due to commence in April‘13. The remaining 60 acres has Outline Planning Consent for Retail, Offices and Industrial Warehousing.
