Wilson Bowden Developments are proud to announce the successful completion of a 30,000 sq ft new warehouse and distribution building for Everards brewery at Optimus Point, situated directly off junction 21a of the M1 motorway.
The 2.4-acres site at the Optimus Point is to support a planned new head office it wants to build - including a cask ale brewery and shop - at Everards Meadows, next to the county police headquarters, in Enderby, Leicestershire.
Everards represents one of the first Occupiers at Optimus Point, and further cements the business park as one of the prime, most sought after, warehouse / distribution locations in the Midlands.
Tim Ward, Operations Director of Everards said:
"I am delighted with the property and so is everybody at Everards."
"Personally and on behalf of Everards I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to everybody at Wilson Bowden Developments and Winvic who were involved in providing us with such a fantastic new unit at Optimus Point."
"To be in the knowledge that there was such a capable, dedicated and professional team delivering Optimus Point for us has helped us and me in particular, enormously."
"The site meetings I attended and inspections on site during the construction process gave great confidence and have allowed us to forge ahead with other things."
Nick Richardson, Managing Director at Wilson Bowden Developments added:
"We are delighted to have completed this development for Everards on time."
"It is a great pleasure for us that we have such a well-known and long established local business as Everards as our first occupier on this new development."
"We have enjoyed working with Everards on this project, and on behalf of Wilson Bowden and myself, we wish Everards the very best in their new distribution facility."
