Nick joined Wilson Bowden Developments in 1991 and was appointed Managing Director in 1999. Nick has a wide range of commercial development expertise across all sectors.

MRTPI, MIEnvSc, CEnv

Ian joined Wilson Bowden Developments as Planning Manager in 2021, with a planning career extending over 30 years, mainly in private practice. Ian is responsible for overseeing and directing all matters relating to, and arising from, the Town and Country Planning Acts for the Company on a national basis. He is regularly involved in the promotion of strategic development opportunities through the Development Plan system, as well as organising the delivery of planning applications for a variety of commercial and mixed-use schemes. Ian is a Chartered Town Planner and a Member of the Institution of Environmental Sciences.

BSc, MRICS

With 20 years' industry experience, David joined Wilson Bowden Developments in 2006 as Development Manager, and is responsible for delivery of Mixed Use and Retail Developments. He has overseen projects such as Eagles Meadow in Wrexham, Basildon town centre regeneration and the Chapelford foodstore in Warrington which forms part of a district centre for 2,000 homes.

Henry joined Wilson Bowden Developments in June 2015 and oversees the delivery and completion of Wilson Bowden's industrial and distribution sites. Before joining, Henry was Associate Director at NG Chartered Surveyors, working within their Commercial Agency Department.

Mark joined Wilson Bowden Developments in 2005, and has responsibility for the delivery of various projects including a number of town centre mixed use developments joint venture partners and local authorities. Before joining, Mark was senior project manager at Rose Project Services, and started his career as Senior Design and Build Co-ordinator for Tussac construction.

Dave has been with Wilson Bowden Developments since February 2005, and as a Managing Survey reports directly to the Operations Director. He is responsible for the commercial management, procurement, management and delivery of construction contracts consisting of retail, industrial, commercial and residential undertaken by the company.

BSc (Hons), CGMA

Duncan joined WBD in 2002 after graduating from Loughborough University with a degree in Accounting & Finance. His role focuses on the production of the monthly management accounts and forecasts, annual budgeting and statutory accounts, whilst managing the finance function on a daily basis.

MCIOB BSc

Darren joined Wilson Bowden Developments in 2022, and has taken responsibility for the delivery of industrial & distributions across various projects. Before joining, Darren spent 5 years at Gleeds working across education, health and industrial premises, and prior to this he spent 12 years delivering capital projects for the University of Liverpool. Darren has over 25 years working in construction starting on site before working into Project management.

Rachel joined WBD in February 2022 taking responsibility for the commercial management of our construction delivery. Before joining, Rachel had a commercial career with Laing O'Rourke for almost 25 years.

Chetan joined Wilson Bowden in December 2022, having previously undertaken a Purchase Ledger role within the Barratt Developments PLC organisation for the last 9 months and holding a similar position at Flowtech. Prior to this, he was a Department Manager at Sainsbury's, before deciding to undertake a career change into finance.
