Interlink 130 Reaches Completion

Wilson Bowden Developments together with Goodman are pleased to announce the completion of a 130,000 sq ft high specification speculative warehouse.

The development known as Interlink 130, is located within the Interlink Business Park, in Bardon, Leicestershire - approximately 1.5 miles from Junction 22 of the M1 motorway.

It features 12.5 metres clear internal height, 50 metre wide yard, 12 dock levellers and 2 level access doors, 105 car parking spaces, 30 HGV parking spaces, provision for future gatehouse and 6,000 sq ft of office accommodation

Speaking about the development, Wilson Bowden Development Manager Henry Henson said:
