James Latham starts on site at Optimus Point

Construction has started at Optimus Point for a new bespoke 55,200 sq ft warehouse facility for James Latham.
James Latham are a leading importer and distributor of wood-based sheet materials, joinery quality softwood / hardwood and hardwood flooring, and will be joining a list of prominent occupiers already onsite, including names such as Boden, Everards and Geary's Bakery.
This facility will become James Latham's new Leicester trading office, relocating from their current site over in Wigston.
Andrew Duffin, Group Operations Director at James Latham said:

Practical completion is anticipated to be delivered in Winter 2017.
