The new scheme of 7 Enterprise units extending to 10,000 sq ft at Optimus Point, Glenfield has secured its fifth letting to Sharpe Maintenance Services, with the remaining two units under offer and due to complete anytime soon.

Optimus Point is a strategic development site of 65 acres on the outskirts of Leicester City Centre, the location provides excellent access to the M1 motorway and the A46.
