New 37,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s Supermarket, which forms part of a district centre for a 2000 unit residential urban extension.
The district centre also comprises additional local shops, a family pub/restaurant, a primary school and a medical centre.
The Sainsbury’s investment has been pre-sold to Greater Manchester Pension Fund.
The development is a partnership between Wilson Bowden Developments and David Wilson Homes North West.
