Optimus Point 205 + 276 website up and running

The new website for the M&G funded 276,690 sq ft and 205,124 sq ft speculative units at Optimus Point is up and running!

Available from Spring 2016, the two new logistics and distribution warehouse's (located just off Junction 21a of the M1 near Leicester) are being built to acheive BREEAM 'Very Good' with an EPC A Rating.
